6 Gleneaston Lawns, Leixlip, Co. Kildare

The Project.

Grey limestone replacing old concrete pavers. Limestone retaining wall creating a raised planter. The existing lawn was sloped and the concrete steps were sloped to match. The client didn't like the aesthetic of this, the solution was to level the lawn and tier the limestone paving to remove the slope. The ugly wall was screened with clementine trellis, the retaining wall was built in matching limestone, built at 45cm to be used as an informal bench and was designed to disguise the approach to the shed and improve the overall aesthetic of the garden.

The location was Leixlip, Co. Kildare. This project was completed in Summer 2014.
